Offering advice across complex M&A, Private Equity, Shareholder Agreements and more, this firm have positioned themselves as a market leader against them international competitors. Having grown healthily over several years, they are looking to recruit further.Many of the team have worked for leading internationals / nationals and have made the move to deal with complex work, but avoid corporate red tape which is often found at the larger firms. Requirements
  • You will be a Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE
