- Ensure product pages are optimal using platforms like Amazon Vendor & Seller to manage and submit content.
- Content auditing: conduct regular content audits on product pages from our key accounts (like Amazon) to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Organisational master: manage our internal content database to ensure assets are easy to find and up to date for internal and external distribution.
- Monitor product reviews to ensure a great customer experience and identify areas for improvement.
- Support in delivering quality NPD launches, making sure new products land on our digital shelf with a bang.
- Work with the E-tail team & internal creative studio to deliver on-brand content tailored to the e-commerce experience. Develop and implement content strategies for Etail channels at EU level. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define SEO keywords, messaging, and optimise written & visual content to drive engagement and conversion rates.
- Build a beautiful digital shelf. Collaborate with the digital marketing team & Creative Studio team to develop ‘content briefs’ for PPC marketing campaign creatives that align with the overall content strategy and goals. Take ownership around the brief creation-to-live process with all local stakeholders involved.
- Create an engaging and consistent E&C shopper journey for key Etail landing pages such as the Amazon Brand Stores.
- Develop content testing strategies and routines for sniffing out winning ad creatives. Collaborate closely with the Etail Growth Marketer to track KPIs and provide reporting and insights.
- Support growth marketing strategy in close collaboration with the E-tail team
- Tracking and report on KPIs, providing reports, and leverage data to make data-driven content decisions.
- Utilise tools like Brand Hub and Brand Bank to manage and maintain product content.
- Conduct regular content audits in e-tail accounts to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
