- Assess all aspects of clients care needs and make requests for professional visits when necessary
- Provide healthcare needs, supervision and direct nursing care when required.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Administer prescribed medication and document same in accordance with the NMC guidelines.
- Complete Mandatory training as required.
- RGN / RMN on NMC register
- Excellent communication skills
- Applicants must be prepared to obtain an Enhanced Access NI Police check.
