- Managing a broad range of commercial disputes from start to finish, including contract, shareholder and professional negligence claims.
- Drafting and negotiating key documents, conducting research, and advising clients with clarity and confidence.
- Working closely with clients, experts, and stakeholders to build effective case strategies.
- Taking ownership of files while collaborating with colleagues across departments.
- Supporting junior team members through mentoring and guidance, helping to shape the future of the team.
- A proven track record of successfully handling complex disputes.
- Strong client-care skills, with the ability to balance legal expertise and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the confidence to represent clients at a high level.
