- Offer a variety of health & safety services to a diverse client base across the built environment.
- Manage the H&S file, review construction phase plans, maintain pre-construction information and conduct design risk reviews.
- Attend design team and client meetings and offer advice relating to risk.
- Provide a CDM Advisor service to clients.
- Ensure all RAMS are in place on projects.
- Carryout site safety inspections and site safety audits
- Develop new and existing client relationships.
- NEBOSH Construction or equivalent.
- Professional membership to IOSH and APS (desirable).
- knowledge of 2015 CDM Regulations including associated documentation.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Competitive salary in the region of £35,000 - £40,000.
