- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement personalised learning plans
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with additional needs
- Assist in adapting curriculum materials to meet individual learning styles
- Encourage student engagement and participation in classroom activities
- Monitor and track student progress, celebrating their achievements along the way
- A genuine commitment to supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Patience, empathy, and a creative approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students
- Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting (desirable)
