Key Responsibilities:
- Perform first-off and final inspection of machined components using conventional metrology equipment and manual coordinate measuring machines (CMMs).
- Prepare components for dispatch to customers, including manual finishing tasks such as de-burring and polishing, to ensure all parts meet customer standards.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and follow documented procedures in line with the company's ISO9001 quality management system.
- Proven experience in the use of conventional metrology equipment and manual coordinate measuring machines.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, including geometrical tolerancing.
- Experience working in an ISO9001 or AS9100 environment is highly desirable.
