As a Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. You'll supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants, support the clinical team, and play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment for our residents.Main duties of the jobYour role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
