- Chairing “Dragons Den” style reviews, where you will hear new and innovative ideas directly from the originator;
- Allocating project sponsors to support and facilitate the growth and development of these ideas;
- Chairing project Productivity Improvement Meeting (PIM) reviews for the operational areas, facilitating projects where funding has been secured to drive work content reduction and performance improvements;
- Supporting Capex submissions process through application of funding to back new and innovative ideas;
- Chair monthly performance reviews with Component Delivery Team (CDT’s) and key stakeholders to monitor businesses performance across a wide metric.
- Studying towards a degree in Business, Management, Finance, or Accounting;
- The ability to communicate effectively;
- The ability to collate robust and informative presentations;
- The confidence to chair key sessions and present accordingly;
- A strong interest in self-development;
- The desire to work in an open and trusting environment.
