This is all designed to help kids and teens build good money habits that will last a lifetime.Our Banking Operations Assistant role is 100% Office-based in our Farnborough office. This is a permanent part-time role (3 days a week) working Mon, Tues, & Thurs 9am-5:30pm. Flexibility will be required to work different hours as and when needed by the successful candidate to ensure the best level of service is provided to our GoHenry members.What you’ll do:We are looking for a team player with strong organisational and problem-solving skills, along with a passion and enthusiasm for all things GoHenry who believes in what we are trying to achieve - financial literacy for future generations.   • Reporting to, and supporting the Investment Ops Team Leader, you will play an essential part in the team. Ensuring you provide the best possible level of service, both to our members and the wider GoHenry teams.
  • Providing weekly updates to our finance partners
  • Dealing with the transfer and rejection of finance products
  • Chasing open queries with relevant departments and keeping communication with members up-to-date
  • Be available, visible, and able to answer any questions
  • Ensure processes and procedures are up-to-date and adhered to
  • Liaise with our Members on internal escalations ensuring all contact channels are updated
  • Onboard new Special Accounts through the correct due diligence process
  • Daily management of accounts and assisting with all queries relating to both new and exciting account holders
This is a great opportunity for someone to grow their skillset while working with and supporting some of our Management teams and service providersWhat we’re looking for
  • Basic knowledge in investments (ideally stocks and shares ISAs).
  • Experience within a regulated environment, preferably working to FCA guidelines.
  • Competent use of computer software to prepare reports and documents via Microsoft and/or Google-Suite systems.
  • You are a clear communicator and able to use diplomacy and sensitivity wherever needed.
  • You’re a problem-solver who can assess a situation and identify possible solutions.
  • A confident and approachable people person.
  • Someone who cares and is passionate about what they are doing every day!
  • Someone who can keep calm in a crisis.
