Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualised support to students, enabling them to overcome barriers, develop their skills, and achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement personalised learning plans tailored to each student's unique needs
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and assistance to engage effectively in classroom activities
  • Assist in the preparation of educational materials and resources to support students' learning experiences
  • Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating regularly with teachers and parents
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, empathy, and social-emotional well-being
  • Collaborate with the school's Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to ensure appropriate support strategies are in place
  • Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting students with diverse needs

  • A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or a related field is advantageous
