The role would suit an individual who has experience in an urgent care or primary care setting.Independent prescriber (preferred) or willingness to work towards it.Excellent clinical, communication, and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Confident and efficient using Microsoft Office and IT based patient clinical systems (EMIS is preferable).Current enhanced DBS check Clearance.Must have access to own vehicle and relevant up to date business insurance.Work across our 3 sites as required.We are looking for a motivated and caring Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly GP practice team. This is an exciting opportunity to use your clinical skills in a hybrid general practice and patient home based environment. You'll be part of a close-knit, multidisciplinary team, helping us to provide safe, high quality care both in the surgery and out in the community.
