Key Responsibilities:
  • Use advanced carpentry and joinery skills to produce high-quality, bespoke woodwork projects.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery to support workshop production.
  • Interpret and work accurately from technical drawings and specifications.
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure all finished work meets exacting standards.
  • Support with general workshop duties and assist across multiple functions as required.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and production targets.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Carpenter/Joiner with extensive hands-on experience in bespoke woodwork (this is the core skill required).
  • Proven experience operating CNC machinery (minimum 5 years' experience).
  • Versatility and willingness to undertake a dual role, with carpentry as the main focus and CNC as a complementary skill.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering/technical drawings with accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality craftsmanship.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with good teamwork skills.
  • Flexible approach to working hours when required (weekends/late nights)
