Job DescriptionHGV Class 1 Drivers Wanted - Choose your own shift pattern and start time!Looking for ongoing HGV driving work on nights? Pertemps are working in Partnership with GXO at Currys in Newark! As an HGV Class 1 Driver working on the afternoon shift, you will be required to deliver electrical goods to Curry's sites across the country. This will role is Trunking only as you will be delivering to reginal distribution centres. Just back on to the bay and wait to be tipped!The Role:
  • Type of Work: HGV Class 1 Driving, day shifts
  • Start Time: Choose your start time window from 11:00 - 15:00 each day
  • Shifts:Flexible, Monday to Friday, Wednesday to Sunday, Thursday to Sunday
  • Hours: Full-time & part-time options available
  • Work: Year-round consistency - not just seasonal
What You Get as an HGV Driver:
  • PAYE Pay: £18.74ph Monday to Friday, £20.84ph Saturday, £21.89ph Sunday
  • Umbrella Pay: Weekdays -£24.59ph, Saturday -£25.89ph, Sunday- £27.20ph
  • Paid Holidays:28 days (PAYE Only)
  • Flexible Pay: Weekly or monthly - your choice
  • Digital Timesheets: Easy online submission
Requirements:
  • Valid HGV Class 1 Driver entitlement
  • CPC + Digi Tachograph card
  • Max 6 penalty points - no DR10/CD10/IN10
  • Previous HGV driving experience preferred
