- Educated to GCSE level or above
- oDegree level qualification or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role.
- Site management experience with knowledge of estate maintenance, facilities, security and soft FM underpinned by theory or practical knowledge.
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety requirements
- Experience of working within the NHS or Public Sector environment
- Experience of undertaking building audits
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and various data management systems.
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Methodical and organised approach to planning, implementation and record keeping for all activities with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to analyse service problems and identify a range of possible solutions.
- Ability to use sound judgement to identify and address performance issues.
- Ability to understand service specifications and performance indicators and apply to practical situations.
- Use of online meeting applications eg Teams, Zoom
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
- Strong team player able to work effectively with diverse client groups.
- Ability to self-motivate and develop.
- Flexible approach with the ability to adapt to new work priorities at short notice.
- Willingness to uphold the Trust's values
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
- Hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010)
