- Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers nationwide, delivering exceptional service via phone and email.
- Become a subject matter expert across Together’s eight mortgage products, spanning both regulated and unregulated markets.
- Engage in detailed discussions with brokers to understand complex enquiries and advise on the most suitable submission routes.
- Provide regular feedback to Account Managers on broker sentiment and market trends to help identify new opportunities.
- Take ownership of chasing referrals and early-stage cases to ensure they progress efficiently through the pipeline.
- Support brokers operating in the specialist packager space as well as those aligned with Networks and Clubs.

- Proven experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Strong understanding of both regulated and unregulated financial products.
- Experience managing inbound service calls, outbound sales calls, and email communications.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and solve problems effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
