We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met across all areas of the premises. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and contribute to a positive and inclusive working environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
  • Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and common areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene.
  • Manage waste disposal and ensure all areas are free from debris.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety within the facility, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Perform all tasks to ensure operational efficiency and a high-quality service.
  • General office cleaning.
Requirements:
  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic.
  • Good communication skills are an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work either morning or afternoon shifts as required.
  • Please note client site is not on a bus route and successful applicant must be able to travel independently.
