  • Manage the stock team to prepare deliveries and collection of stock.
  • Take responsibility for 100% accuracy of picking and transferring of stock into the dispatch bays.
  • Ensure the stock remains organised.
  • Proactively seek out operational improvements that can reduce costs.
  • Manage internal stock movements with sending/receiving locations to reduce stock integrity issues.
What do you need to succeed as an Warehouse Team Leader?
  • Experience within a stock control or warehouse setting.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in working with several systems.

  • Ideally have experience leading a team.
