Location: Warrington, Wigan and Crewe Offices
Salary: Competitive base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £35K–£45K Year 1)

The Role:
  • Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Managing and developing relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Working towards KPIs and revenue targets with the support of your manager.
  • Building a reputation as a trusted recruitment partner in your market.
