We are a large inner-city practice working over 6 sites. Be involved in a continual programme of learning and development within the practice, as discussed with the lead GP, with objectives set on a quarterly basis.Special Requirements/Specification1. Duties include:Keep proper records of attendance, visits by and to any patients and all other such records as are reasonably required by the Principals.Preserve the confidentiality of the practice affairs of the Principals, of his Partners and all matters connected with the General Medical Practice.Work with the practice on projects which will deliver the objectives of the practice. This work will be guided and supervised by the lead GP.Attendance at regular meetings held within the practice, i.e. clinical, practice, partners, etc.Take part in a formal review of progress.Ensure that sufficient time is spent in appropriate education to allow continued development of the knowledge, skills and attitudes relevant to modern primary care.Support and encouragement of training of all staff within the practice.Maintain good communication with members of the Primary Health Care Team and external contacts i.e. CCG, University, etc.Provide late cover and home visits if required.Hours of EmploymentIn regards to a full time post, the salaried doctor shall agree to work 5 days per week generally between the core hours of 6.45 am 8.30 pm.
