- Own the campaign journey – from strategy to seamless in-store execution, with over 3000 activations per you, you’ll ensure every product launch and brand activation lands with maximum impact.
- Lead the charge on retail experiences – develop creative toolkits, experiential activations, and merchandising strategies that wow customers and drive measurable results at a fast pace.
- Turn data into action – use data sales insights to challenge the numbers, shopper trends and performance metrics to refine campaigns and boost ROI.
- Be the connector – build strong relationships with retailers, agencies, and operators to deliver joined-up, best-in-class campaigns.
- Champion operational excellence – make sure compliance, processes, and execution standards stay top-tier across 3,000+ partner stores.
- Inspire teams to excel – mentor field and head office teams, creating a culture of collaboration and results.
- This is a 3 day per week hybrid role, working from home and onsite in Chertsey (with some travel to stores and occasional office visits as needed).
- Salary up to £100k DOE + up to 15% bonus + Competitive Reward Scheme Bonus, Company Car, Life Assurance, Retail discounts, Aviva Pension, Rewards Hub, Sick Pay, Death in Service.
- Proven experience in retail marketing, activation or campaign strategy, ideally with agency exposure.
- A track record of managing multi-channel go-to-market campaigns and large-scale activations.
- Strong project leadership skills, balancing creative ambition with operational excellence.
- The ability to translate data into decisions that elevate campaign performance.
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading teams and managing multi-million-pound budgets effectively.
