  • Experienced in managing software engineering teams running core AI/ML services and/or ML systems at scale
  • Previous experience with hands-on work and shipping products in an AI and/or ML domain, like recommender systems, NLP, information retrieval, relevance, ranking, or large language models.
  • Strong track record previously as an individual contributor having engineered and shipped services & features at scale.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Machine Learning; or significant practical experience in software engineering
Preferred Qualifications
  • A proven track record of leading, motivating and building strong software teams - enabling engineers to do the best work of their lifetime
  • Proven experience as a leader having set technical direction and strategy in the form of technical roadmaps and executing on it.
  • A vision of how to build modern recommendation systems and how to engineer modern ML-driven pipelines, APIs and services at scale
  • Attention to detail and a strong passion for quality - experience architecting, designing and developing high quality personalisation experiences
  • Ability to effectively communicate with multi-functional teams about product requirements, system architecture, APIs and project schedules.
