And we’re only just getting started.That’s where you come in...As a Policy Validation Executive at Zego, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to protect against fraudulent motor insurance claims. Working within our dedicated Fraud department, split into two expert teams, you’ll play a vital role in identifying and preventing risks that impact our customers and our business.This is a perfect entry point into the high-stakes world of motor claims fraud. You’ll gain hands-on experience with real cases, help flag suspicious policies, and work with cutting-edge tools and investigative techniques.   • Validating Policy Details- Review customer information and documents to verify accuracy and identify any signs of misrepresentation, fraud, or tampering.
  • Document Examination & Tech Use- Leverage a combination of document analysis techniques, AI tools, and fraud detection systems to support daily operations.
  • Driving Revenue- Contribute to business performance by identifying policy discrepancies that lead to premium adjustments and administrative fees.
  • Ensuring Policy Accuracy- Confirm all declared policy information is correct to reduce future risks for both the customer and Zego.
  • Customer Interaction- Communicate effectively with customers through email or phone to clarify information, request documentation, and explain necessary policy changes, all while delivering exceptional service.
  • Team Collaboration- Work closely with a smart, supportive team to enhance validation processes and uphold fraud prevention standards.
What you'll need to be successful
  • Eagle-eyed attention to detail – You’ve got a knack for spotting what others miss, whether it’s a subtle inconsistency in a document or something that doesn’t quite add up in a customer’s story.
  • Insurance is your thing- You'll have previous experience in insurance, be it in a Sales, Customer Service, Claims or a Fraud role. We're looking for existing knowledge of FCA regulations and familiarity with insurance policies.
  • Excellent communicator – Whether you're writing an email or speaking to a colleague, you communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy, especially when conversations require a delicate touch.
  • Team player at heart – You love bouncing around ideas, giving and receiving feedback, and celebrating wins as a team. Collaboration fuels your best work.
  • Naturally curious and proactive – You’re eager to learn and stay ahead of the curve, whether it’s deepening your knowledge of fraud detection, diving into underwriting principles, or exploring new fraud prevention techniques.
