- Accurate entry of supplier and sub-contractor purchase invoices
- Reconciling statements at month-end and preparing relevant documentation for payments
- Entering and maintaining project/job data within the company’s finance system
- Supporting financial reporting and administrative processes as required
- Over 20 years of experience in an administration or account’s role, ideally within construction or a related industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Committed to long-term career development with a view to progressing into management roles
- Local to Bromley or nearby, with a desire to work within the community
- 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
