Join a community that cares about you!More about your roleYou'll support the development and execution of an integrated a content and social plan to amplify our brand story, products, and services through compelling communications across multiple channels using the Content team's monthly content calendar. You'll create and manage content for your brand channels like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, and create short-form video content to boost engagement, growth, and performance. Managing content on platforms like Glassdoor will also be your responsibility, ensuring we have a consistent stream of employer brand content. You'll source stories from across the organisation to build and maintain a content plan, ensuring relevant content is shared promptly with key teams for integration. Working closely with Copywriters, you'll ensure all messaging is user-focused to enhance engagement, conversions, and brand advocacy. You'll track and report on performance metrics regularly and support pitching new ideas in campaign response to briefs. Staying updated on social media including social trends, digital trends, and best practices will be key to driving continuous improvement and performance within the team.Although this role is advertised in Birmingham, you will primarily be working from home with the travel for shoots when required.   • Proven track record in delivering social and content campaigns using diverse communication strategies, with a focus on monitoring and measuring success.
  • Skilled in managing social media channels and creating engaging content, including creating UGC style short-form video content yourself.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading abilities, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident presenter, able to clearly explain and articulate concepts to audiences with varying levels of experience, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experienced in using research, data, insights, and feedback to evaluate digital channels and offer informed recommendations.
  • Based within a commutable distance of Birmingham.

You're skilled in managing social media channels and creating engaging content, including shooting and editing short-form videos. Your excellent copywriting, proofreading, and communication skills allow you to clearly and confidently present ideas to varied audiences, both verbally and in writing. You use research, data, and feedback to evaluate digital channels and make smart recommendations.
