- Total compensation should typically fall between $90K-$130K annually. To achieve that total compensation, combine base pay (a percentage of gross revenue) with an incentive bonus plan (based off of gross margin) to achieve your target for total compensation.

- Paid vacation structure:
- 1 year: 40 hours
- 2 years: 80 hours
- 3 years: 100 hours
- 5 years: 120 hours
- Supervise and lead Service, Maintenance, & Install Technicians.
- Ensure HVAC Apprentices are fully trained.
- Recruit, interview, train, manage, and evaluate field technicians.
- Conduct ride-a-longs with technicians and provide feedback.
- Ensure all repairs and installs meet the highest quality standards and obtain necessary permits.
- Communicate and monitor goals for the team.
- Manage workload and schedules to optimize manpower and profits.
- Effectively dispatch technicians.
- Assist technicians with field issues.
- Facilitate weekly meetings.
- Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure department operations comply with regulations and safety standards.
- Foster a safety culture within the team.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, revenue opportunities, and customer issues.
- Manage departmental budget and achieve gross margin targets.
- Meet or exceed company goals.
- Maximize lead opportunities and retain Club Membership clients.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and service fleet.
- Review and approve new products and services.
- Perform clerical duties associated with field technician paperwork, personnel evaluations, and expense reports.
- Fulfill additional duties assigned by the General Manager or Owner.
- Uphold and teach the company's Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Team Philosophy.
- Associates Degree in HVAC or 5 years of Residential Service experience specific to HVAC
- 2 years of sales experience specific to HVAC Service
- 2 years of management or documented team lead experience, within HVAC preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a Background Check
- Computer Skills
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Through understanding of accounting and finance as it relates to the HVAC field
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Climbing up and down on ladders and equipment
- Heavy lifting required (50-75) pounds, ladder work and tight space work required from time to time
- Heavy lifting (50 lbs), twisting, bending, use of both hands and arms, kneeling, squatting, standing and/or walking for long periods, climbing ladders and/or scaffolding.
- Wear personal protective equipment
- Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week and up to 12 hours per day
- Work both indoors and outdoors
