- Deliver investments and improvements across the organisations stock
- Oversee the successful delivery of large scale, multi-year projects and contracts
- lead on budgetary control, contract coordination, management and administration
- Ensure services are delivered to customer satisfaction, agreed standards,
- Experience in working in a social housing setting
- Qualified building surveyor (desired)
- Experience managing large scale planned works projects
- 30 days per annum (pro rata) plus bank holidays
