Looking beyond profit, empowering our people and delivering on our commitments are at the core of our customer values, and so is a desire to grow and provide creative and innovative solutions to our clients.We are seeking an experienced IT Sourcing Specialist to provide targeted expertise on specific procurement initiatives as part of our broader global IT procurement transformation programme for 6 months.Our organisation maintains full strategic leadership and decision-making in the IT procurement space — this position will work under our direction to deliver assigned projects, bringing specialist skills, market insight, and execution capability to accelerate outcomes in the IT sourcing and process areas. Working autonomously within defined scopes of work and delivering high-quality outputs at pace.Key Deliverables:1. Support the Creation of the Global IT Procurement Function (GIP)· Develop supporting collateral for the newly established GIP group, including:o Renewal pipeline for the next 24 monthso Visual mapping of all existing global contracts and company entities· Support negotiation strategy development for selected enterprise renewals2. Assist in the Maturity Transformation of Local IT Sourcing· Contribute to the definition and standardisation of IT sourcing approaches, including segmentation by value and risk (Tactical, Transactional, Strategic)· Support the establishment of a centralised renewal governance model and associated execution frameworks· Assist in developing negotiation playbooks for each sourcing segment, including execution3. Execute Assigned Sourcing Activities· Deliver commercial sourcing for specific initiatives as assigned· Conduct market assessments, procurement exercises, and contract negotiations aligned to organisational frameworks and policies· Provide input and recommendations to optimise value, manage risk, and enhance contract and supplier performance4.
