  • To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of highest standard
  • To supervise, manage and motivate the team
  • To support management team in working towards improving sales and service
  • Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.Qualifications

  • Deliver a professional catering service, ensuring the maintenance of company standards and meeting client expectations.
  • Capable of showcasing an analytical approach to problem-solving.
