- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate telecommunications solutions.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of enterprise clients.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the telecommunications sector.
- Provide insights and feedback to product management and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and positioning.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Enterprise Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports and updates to sales leadership on sales performance and market insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 yrs experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business solutions and telecommunications products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with large enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Technical background or understanding of telecommunications technologies is a plus.
- This position may require occasional travel to client sites and industry events.
