With the majority of their projects being new build projects, ranging from healthcare to student accommodation. This is why they are looking to add to their long standing and dynamic work force with this exciting opportunity.In this role you will have a number of responsibilities, including directly working with the Directors to create and manage programs for projects. Whilst projects are on going you will directly communication with the Site Manager to help solve any problems as they arise. As well as being the point of contact with clients so you can effectively communicate the progress of the projects. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be visiting sites to manage subcontractors and ensure projects are running smoothly so that quality and health and safety are up to standards.Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an experience professional with a plethora of knowledge, so you are able to offer support and mentor junior members of the team, as well as holding a full UK drivers license to be able to travel their sites across the Midlands.This is a fantastic opportunity for an Project Manager to join a growing construction company where you will be working on a consistent number of interesting projects from start to finish all whilst being encouraged to gain further technical knowledge with great training opportunities.The Role:
