Hours: Night shift | Monday to Friday | 9:45pm – 6:00am (finish Saturday morning)

We are seeking a Production Line Leader to join a well-established and growing business within the food packaging industry. With over two decades of market presence, this organisation provides innovative packaging solutions for household-name brands across the UK.Your Role:As a Night Shift Production Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of high-speed production lines to meet planned volumes efficiently and safely.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead a production line team to meet targets and uphold quality standards.Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and health & safety protocols.Complete accurate paperwork and digital records in line with internal procedures.Support and conduct basic machine set-up and troubleshooting tasks.Maintain line efficiency at a minimum of 85% across various machine/product combinations.Identify training needs and support the development of team members.About You:Previous experience leading or supervising a production line in a manufacturing environment.
