About the KS1 Teacher role
  • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that excite and inspire.
  • Tailor teaching to meet individual needs and support personal development.
  • Create a safe, nurturing learning environment where every child can flourish.
  • Assess, track and report on progress to ensure pupils are always moving forward.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, families and staff.
  • Take an active role in the wider life of the school community.
You'll be supported by a dedicated team of teachers and teaching assistants who are committed to high aspirations and joyful, meaningful learning.What we're looking for from you
  • A teacher who holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has completed their induction year.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment for learning.
  • Skilled at planning and differentiating to meet diverse learning needs.
  • An excellent communicator and team player.
  • Uses ICT effectively in teaching and administration.
  • A passion for continuous improvement - for themselves and their pupils.
