- Support students in individual or small group settings
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom
- Help teachers plan lessons and prepare materials
- Keep the learning environment safe and stimulating
- Show knowledge of different teaching methods
- Communicate well with children and involve them in activities
- Resilient, dedicated, and enthusiastic
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in childcare in the UK
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum
- Two recent, verifiable professional references
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
