We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to support the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategies aligned with our client’s business goals. This role requires cross-functional collaboration to boost brand awareness, drive product sales, and improve customer acquisition and retention through effective online and offline campaigns. - Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content creation (written, visual, video), supplier coordination, approvals, fulfilment, and invoicing.
- Develop engaging marketing materials and player communications to foster loyalty and encourage repeat participation.
- Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Implement campaigns tailored to key target audiences.
- Research new marketing opportunities, including diversification and emerging technologies.
- Ensure consistent and accurate brand representation across all channels and materials.
- Curate player and charity stories to support campaigns and demonstrate impact.
- Serve as a primary contact for marketing communications queries, escalating when appropriate.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams, volunteers, charity partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and company policies (e.g., Gambling Commission, GDPR, ASA, ICO, Data Protection Act 2028).
- Stay current on industry trends, developments, and best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity in all marketing activities.
- Participate in meetings and support the Marketing Manager as needed.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required.
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field (e.g., CIM, IDM), or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in campaign delivery, content creation, or market research.
- Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns, ideally in sales or fundraising environments.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement, retention, and audience segmentation.
- Experience coordinating with external agencies, suppliers, and production teams.
- Proficient with analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance.
- Knowledge of brand management and maintaining visual identity.
- Familiarity with GDPR and compliance requirements in regulated sectors (e.g., fundraising, gambling).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Confident using marketing tools such as email platforms, analytics dashboards, and social media schedulers.
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and takes ownership of tasks.
- Discreet and trustworthy handling confidential information.
- Adaptable and open to change and continuous improvement.
