LSE is committed to building a diverse, equitable and truly inclusive universityEquity, Diversity and InclusionSenior Access & Participation Plan Delivery ManagerSalary from £53,204 to £61,301 pa with potential to progress to £68,119 pa inclusive of London allowanceWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Access and Participation Plan (APP) Delivery Manager to lead the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of our APP in alignment with the School's Shaping the World Strategy. This pivotal role will coordinate cross-institutional efforts to enhance equality of opportunity for students, ensuring compliance with Office for Students (OfS) regulations and driving our strategic outcomes.You will work closely with academic departments, professional services, and the student community to deliver our APP intervention strategies, manage governance processes and support regulatory reporting.This is a high-impact role at the heart of our commitment to EDI across the whole student lifecycle.Key Responsibilities· Lead strategic delivery of the APP, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.· Manage governance and reporting requirements, including to the OfS.· Coordinate workstreams and action plans across departments.· Monitor progress against APP targets using qualitative and quantitative data.· Engage with internal and external stakeholders to co-create inclusive initiatives.· Represent LSE at national events and policy forums related to access and participation.Candidates should have:· A degree or equivalent experience in education policy, access and participation, or EDI.· Deep knowledge of UK higher education policy and access and participation regulations.· Proven experience managing complex programmes across diverse stakeholders.· Strong strategic planning, analytical, and project management skills.· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.· A commitment to ethical practice, sustainability, and inclusive values.We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave, hybrid working, and excellent training and development opportunities.For further information about the post, please see the , andIf you have any technical queries with applying on the online system, please use the “contact us” links at the bottom of the LSE Jobs page.
