We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service.The Role:In this role, you’ll support the smooth running of day-to-day operations, including handling enquiries, managing bookings, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll be the first point of contact for service-related queries and will respond to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.What you’ll do:You’ll be responsible for updating and maintaining systems, ensuring data accuracy, and following established processes while also identifying opportunities for improvement. Training will be provided, but you should be confident using IT systems (particularly Excel and Outlook) and comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.What we’re looking for:
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
Great attention to detail
Experience of handling confidential data
Experience in dealing with a diverse customer group
