- Working alongside our digital agencies and internal teams, take a data-led approach to driving onsite developments
- Create, build and update new web pages within the CMS
- Take a leading role in new feature testing as well as regression testing
- Working alongside external agencies and leaning on your own experience, create strategies for improving the online experience to drive increased lead conversion
- Working alongside external agencies, support the implementation of our digital marketing campaigns across key digital channels including SEO, PPC, Display and Video
- Taking a lead role in driving forward our Affiliate marketing strategy
- Use tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to monitor website performance, analyse metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to refine digital marketing approaches.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the core company values and mission in all actions and decisions
- Act as a brand ambassador, positively representing the group both internally and externally
- Support and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace, respecting perspectives and backgrounds, in order to foster a positive work environment.
- Experience: Experienced in a digital marketing or a related field
- Skills:
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Passion for staying ahead of digital trends with particular emphasis on AI and the changing digital landscape
- Strong understanding of content management systems
- Experienced in paid media channels including Search, Performance Max, Display, Social Media and Video
- Working knowledge of Affiliate Marketing
- Previous knowledge of the travel industry would be an advantage but not essential
- Previous working knowledge of CRO and onsite experimentation would be an advantage, including tools such as Microsoft Clarity
- A relevant marketing qualification or equivalent would be beneficial but not essential.
- Open-minded and a willingness to learn.
- Highly organised and strong time management skills.
- Proactive and a can-do attitude.
- Confidence to communicate with key stakeholders within the business
