- Produce regular, clear performance reports and dashboards that support senior stakeholder decision making.
- Deliver analysis that enables a deeper understanding of performance and highlights opportunities for improvement.
- Utilise Power BI and other analytics tools to build scalable, high quality reporting solutions aligned with key business priorities.
- Strategically partner the wider organisation, turning data into valuable insights that increase transparency and drive accountability.
- Engage with key stakeholders on analytics products, from initiation and design through to build, testing, rollout and continuous improvement, ensuring solutions meet real world business needs.
- Support the development of a data driven culture across the business through effective communication and collaboration.
- Act as a trusted advisor within the business, bridging the gap between rawdata and actionable information.
- Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard design, data preparation and modelling, plus advanced DAX.
- Ability to gather, understand and translate business requirements and explain data simply to non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of key financial and operational drivers of business performance.
- Proven ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Experience with SAP is beneficial
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
