– Oversee the screening and referral processes, using a range of assessment tools to evaluate needs and risks.
– Liaise with other agencies and professionals to develop and implement support plans tailored to the specific needs of each family.
– Ensure effective communication within the team and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
– Attend multi-disciplinary meetings, contributing to decision-making processes and strategic planning.Candidates must have Team Manager experience and MASH experience to be considered. The role requires office attendance at least twice a week in Bromley to ensure close collaboration with the team and handle situations that require immediate response.Why Bromley?
