- Lead strategic projects to optimise approval rates, leveraging our new decisioning platform.
- Design scalable data frameworks and tracking systems to support smarter decisions.
- Use SQL and analytics to investigate key drivers of performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on technical design and implementation of new decisioning logic and data integrations.
- Partner with Operations to understand day-to-day impact, close feedback loops, and ensure system robustness.
- Align closely with Growth and Marketing teams on acquisition strategies and performance optimisation.
- Liaise with Risk stakeholders to maintain strong controls and ensure sound, explainable decisions.
- Drive innovation in automation, monitoring, and performance tuning of our decisioning systems.
- Balance flexibility and scalability while maintaining high data quality across multiple sources.
- 3–5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or product/data roles within high-growth, data-driven environments.
- Professional experience with SQL is essential; Python experience is a strong plus.
- Strong track record of using data to solve complex problems and drive commercial outcomes.
- Background in industries with large data throughput (e.g. fintech, consumer tech, lending, e-commerce).
- Experience with modern analytics stacks (data warehouses, dashboards, monitoring systems).
- Excellent communicator – able to clearly articulate how insights from data translate into commercial decisions and trade-offs.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
