- Leading place-based asset strategies in collaboration with partner organisations.
- Driving income generation through lease management and capital receipts.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, legal, and financial regulations.
- Building and leading a high-performing team, fostering professionalism and innovation.
- Influencing senior stakeholders across the organisation and externally to align asset decisions with strategic priorities.
- Strategic and visionary, able to shape and deliver a corporate asset strategy aligned with WYCA's regional ambitions.

- Hybrid Working: Typically 2 days per week in the Leeds city centre office, with flexibility for meetings and events.
