- Driving performance across the full team, against a number of KPIs including net sales, call times and call volumes.
- Ensuring the quality of the client experience through training and monitoring of the service they provide.
- Ensuring sales opportunities aren't being missed; provide an active coaching environment by being present on the sales floor and active call monitoring.
- Monitoring revenue targets for the financial year and make plans for improving revenue generation
- Expanding the sales team. Interviewing prospective candidates to ensure that we recruit the best talent in the business
- Holding team meetings, 1-2-1s, producing weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Coaching and mentoring staff to develop skills and ensure systems are adhered to for accurate data reporting.
- Working with the sourcing, marketing and finance teams to develop campaigns and launches.
