Insights & Analytics Manager - Sutton - £80-90k +bonus!A fantastic organisation based close to Sutton are looking to recruit a Senior Manager of Insights & Analytics to join their growing Data function and lead a newly established team focused on utilising the very latest technology to analyse customer data to inform business decision-making.This organisation operates within the retail sector and holds the use of their data in very high regard. They truly believe that it is important to invest in their data strategy as this has been the key to their continued success and that providing actionable insights will allow them to continue in their impressive growth.This role offers the opportunity for an experienced Analytics leader to manage a high-performing and driven team of 8 applying Agile principals to ensure continuous high performance and success. This role will allow you to lead on best practice, challenge the norm and truly have an effect on the data landscape. Day-to-day this role will involve:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver a customer insights road-map which defines analytics, data science and reporting.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements, desired outcomes, priorities and compliance.
  • Be the primary point of contact for all Data and Analytics related needs and issues.
  • Ensure optimisation of the use of customer data and that insights/trends are delivered effectively and that commercial action is taken.
  • Re-define best practice as an Agile leader.
  • Act as the Data & Insight Product Owner.
  • Effectively manage a high-performing team.
  • Engage with the latest technology available within the Data and Analytics space.
  • Ensure effective communication across the team and with other teams across the division.
  • Be a leader, challenge, and ensure you establish a results-orientated environment.
  • Continually promote a healthy team culture which is people-first and allows for the progression of individuals within your team.
To be a good fit for this role you should be a leader, you should be passionate about data and the positive impact it can have on business decision making, and you should be an excellent communicator.
