- Proactively identify and reach out to prospective wedding venues in your region from an assigned territory spanning across London & Home Counties.
- To hold a minimum of 15 face-to-face meetings per month, mixed with online demos and telephone calls.
- Schedule and conduct in-person sales meetings at venue locations, aiming to meet with key decision-makers and influence senior stakeholders.
- To have a strong understanding of the wedding market, particularly venues inside operations and revenue streams.
- Present the value of our platform clearly, tailoring your pitch and proposition to each venue's unique needs.
- Negotiate and close contracted subscription agreements, achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth client handover post-sale.
- To act as a mentor for the wider venues telemarketing team; leading by example and using your knowledge to empower other colleagues
- Build long-term relationships with venue managers and owners to build a lucrative sales pipeline of high-potential prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and opportunities using our CRM system.
- Provide regular feedback from the field to the Head of Sales to share market knowledge from the frontline.
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality, events, tech, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals in face-to-face environments.
- Confident presenter and strong negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage your own pipeline and schedule.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across London & surrounding areas.
- Comfortable using digital tools including CRM platforms, video calls, and productivity apps.
- Knowledge of the wedding or hospitality industry.
- Experience selling to independent business owners or SMEs.
- Existing network of venue or hospitality contacts.
