As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring high-quality standards are met. You will also train and supervise junior chefs, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and contribute to menu planning.To succeed as a Chef de Partie, you will need:
  • Previous experience working in a similar role at a 4/5* Hotel or Restaurant
  • Experience with working in all sections of the kitchen
  • To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
