- Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance of property facilities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all maintenance activities.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules and completed tasks.
- Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives within the properties.
- Assist in budget planning for maintenance and repair activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
- Proven technical skills in property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
- Experience in a facilities or property management role within the not-for-profit sector is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and practices.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with contractors and stakeholders.
- Competitive salary of approximately £39,000 to £47,000 per annum, depending on experience.
