Who we're looking for:We are seeking agile and passionate individuals to fill the role of Technology Associate in our Development team. This entry-level position offers unparalleled opportunities for growth and upskilling across the Development domain. We are looking for someone who is:
  • Have a passion for developing in C# and JavaScript (or TypeScript)

The role often involves working as part of a team, so you can expect to improve your collaboration and communication skills as well.Some of the day-to-day activities that you will develop within this programme will include:
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of new solutions for our clients.
  • Learn how solutions are structured to make them performant and work for our clients.
  • Participating in the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions.
  • Collaborating with different teams to understand and meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Working collaboratively with senior staff on various projects, offering fresh insights and innovative ideas.
  • Staying updated on latest industry technologies, trends, and strategies.
You will also have time to pursue other educational opportunities for personal growth and professional development.Your background:To set you up for success we’ll be looking for people with:
  • A passion for all things Microsoft and AI
  • Experience in developing projects (personal or otherwise) in C# and JavaScript (or TypeScript)
  • Certifications/Qualification in relevant technology areas whether they be in Microsoft applications or broader technology domains
  • Minimum 6 months+ experience in a professional business setting or a relevant degree
