- Taking the lead on all complaints relating to damp and mould, including stage 2 complaints and disrepair cases
- Supporting senior management with complaint investigation, drafting responses and ensuring customer resolution
- Writing out letters and ensuring action plans are followed through
- Managing a caseload of complaints which will include visiting tenants in their homes
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date with repairs progress
- Updating internal databases with complaints progress to ensure internal targets are being adhered to
- Experience required in complaints handling
- Experience working with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Someone who is proactive
- Hybrid working
- Flexible working hours
- On site parking
- 37 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, flexible hours from 8am - 6pm
