BFSI domain experienceWe are seeking a talented and driven Account / Client Engagement Manager to join our growing London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a lead role in managing strategic accounts, ensuring successful delivery of services and solutions, and driving long-term client success.As an Account / Client Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects and services for our key clients. With a focus on quality, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, you’ll act as the primary client liaison while coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.Day to day responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects and services in line with contractual obligations.
- Client Engagement - Build trusted client relationships as their primary point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns proactively.
- Guide cross-functional global delivery teams, encouraging collaboration and accountability to meet project goals.
- Monitor delivery quality and ensure outputs align with expectations and industry standards.
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently to support delivery excellence across accounts.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact and ensure consistent progress.
- Provide timely and transparent updates to internal and external stakeholders on project performance, milestones, and risks.
- Innovation & Problem Solving - Drive innovative solutions that help address customer challenges, improve outcomes, and deliver tangible business value.
- Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in Delivery Management or Client Engagement within an SI (System Integrator) or Consulting environment.
- Proven track record managing enterprise-level clients and complex project portfolios for BFSI customers
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to ideate and introduce creative, customer-centric solutions to evolving client needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple teams.
- A consultative approach with a deep understanding of customer needs and business priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications (preferred).
- Background in IT consulting or digital transformation delivery is a plus.
